THE PRODUCT CHALLENGE

Real-money wagering on competitive games sits at the intersection of fandom and regulation.

The product had to feel native to esports culture without ever looking like a loophole around financial controls.

SYSTEM & EXECUTION

The ecosystem was mapped as a 100+ screen architecture encompassing onboarding, wallets, match selection, live states, and dispute resolution.

Built on a strict shared component library, interface language stayed closer to competitive tooling than casino chrome.

This ensured that high-stakes states (active wagers, payouts, dispute screens) remained consistent across player, opponent, and admin surfaces.
