Product & UX Design Lead based in Manchester. I work across the full design lifecycle - discovery, strategy, service design, interaction design, design systems, research and handover. The complete picture, not just the visible layer. My work has contributed directly to commercial outcomes. A £10 million partnership. £500k in government funding. A platform scaled from zero to 2.5 million users. These weren't side effects of the design - they were shaped by it.
Most recently I led design across two major product streams at Latus Group - YODHA, a remote health surveillance platform serving 3,800 UK businesses, and a health and longevity product built in partnership with David Lloyd, contributing to a £10 million multi-year commercial deal projected to reach 400,000 users. Before that, I redesigned the core onboarding and application experience at J3 Solutions - cutting completion time from four days to under 24 hours, growing monthly new users from 12,000 to over 40,000 and more than doubling completion rates.
Earlier, I was the founding product designer at Credability - present from day one through to 2.5 million registered users and 500k+ weekly active, embedded across strategy, growth, compliance and delivery throughout. I'm currently open to senior contract and Head of Design opportunities.
