about.
Overview
For the launch of the Reebok Zoku Runner, I joined a global campaign team tasked with creating a multi-platform experience to support the product rollout across three key markets: the UK, USA, and Australia. The scope included designing three unique microsites and two digital lookbooks—each tailored to a blend of lifestyle, design storytelling, and product innovation.
This fast-moving, creatively ambitious project combined CGI, motion, editorial design, and digital storytelling—all delivered under strict campaign timelines and brand precision.
My Role
UX & Digital Designer
I was responsible for the design and delivery of:
Three regional microsites for the Zoku Runner
Two digital lookbooks: a short-form teaser and a long-form editorial version
Integration of motion, layered imagery, and brand storytelling across formats
Team & Collaboration
Working within a creative team of 8, including:
3D artists and CGI specialists
Photographers and video editors
Copywriters and brand leads
We worked in sync to bring high-impact campaign ideas to life—from logo motion and history to product showcases and cultural storytelling.
challenge.
Design Approach
Each microsite was structured around a central CGI hero element—the animated Reebok Starcrest logo—used to embody movement, texture, and the knitted technology of the Zoku Runner. Visuals were cinematic and tonal, focused on black, grey, and white palettes, with layered lifestyle photography and motion overlays.
The lookbooks continued this visual language through:
Layered effects, double exposure, and stacked imagery
Mixes of product design detail with cultural context
Motion concepts, including a breakdown animation showing the evolution of the Reebok Starcrest logo
Challenges
Intense timelines: Full delivery across assets within 6 weeks
The high volume of internal reviews and sign-offs across multiple teams
Creating design cohesion across formats and international markets
Balancing tech-focused storytelling with lifestyle and brand culture
result.
